Genetic Variability in a Population of Oilseed Rape DH Lines Developed from F1 Hybrids of a Cross between Black- and Yellow-Seeded DH Lines. II. Seed Quality

چکیده

One of the main reasons for oilseed rape breeding is to improve quality and composition seeds by increasing fat protein content, reduce dietary fibre. We attempted obtain such varieties crossing two DH lines winter different origin, H2-26 Z-114, which have black yellow seeds, respectively. The cross was followed in vitro androgenesis, resulting a population 44 that were studied field experiment over seasons. following characters analysed: fat, protein, neutral detergent fibre, acid glucosinolate content seed colour. objective check variability obtained from F1 hybrid black- yellow-seeded rape. range significantly exceeded parental all traits. These experiments showed choosing appropriate genotypes it possible break negative correlation between content. high level heritability traits related raises possibility improving through selection based on phenotype.
